Live, learn, love, and don’t forget to laugh. We have to release tension during stressful times. What can you do? Excercise.
Go on a mini outing and walk. Catch up with a friend and loved one (in person). AND…don’t forget to do something that makes you smile & laugh. Or do something that makes someone else laugh. If they laugh, you will laugh. This actually releases chemicals that help de-stress you. We need to make time for smiles and laughs. And we need to self-create the situation for it too.
