450 g plain chocolate
100 g butter/margarine
225 g chocolate digestive biscuits- crushed
100g hazelnutz- chopped
Line & grease a deep 18 cm/7in square cake tin.
Break the choc into small pieces & place in a basin with the butter over a saucepan of hot water.
Heat gently until the choc & butter are melted.
Remove from the heat ,ten stir in biscuits & hazelnuts.
Mix thoroughly, pour into the prepared tin and leave to cool.
When cool, mark into 12 equal squares & refrigerate for 1 hr or until set.
Cut into squares to serve…
