Salad + Mango Recipe

• 2 mangoes (ripe/medium ripe)

• 1 cup of grape tomatoes

• Various green leafy vegetables

• 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

• Step 1: Remove skin from the mangoes, slice into cubes and put in a bowl.

• Step 2: In a separate bowl, whisk lemon juice and olive oil together.

• Step 3: Pour them onto the bowl of mangoes, and add fresh vegetable and tomatoes.

• Step 4: Ready to serve!
